Autonational leak tester: testing at super speed
Obviously EPS cups may not leak or be porous. For this reason, the testing for leakage and porosity is an important step in the EPS production process. Autonational acknowledges this requirement. In response, it developed an innovative leak tester. The leak tester checks all produced EPS cups for leakage and porosity. The accuracy of the test is unparalleled, but so is the leak tester’s capacity: it perfectly matches the other capacity of components within the production line.
Autonational provides leak testers with a high degree of accuracy for quick defect detection of cups produced. Rejected products will be removed. Approved products are passed on to the stacker. The Autonational leak tester has an extremely high capacity matching the production line capacity.
The leak tester is so accurate, that our customers often use the data from the leak tester to optimize their moulding process. This advantage is unique in the world of EPS cups. Moreover, producers can calibrate the Autonational leak tester themselves. A calibration set is supplied for this very purpose. The leak tester comes equipped with its own vacuum system. So there is no need to purchase this separately.
