Autonational unscrambler: quickly put matters in order
The Autonational unscrambler orders the produced EPS cups. This machine operates at a high speed, matching the other stages of the production such as leak testing, stacking and bagging. The unscrambler is a plug and play unit which may be added directly to the wide belt conveyor.
The EPS cups are transported to the unscrambler by means of the wide belt conveyor. The Autonational unscrambler is able to neatly order up to 20,000 cups per hour, which is a necessary step within an automated production process.
