The resin mixing and dosing unit enables fully automated preparation of resin batches. Accurate and consistent mixing and metering is crucial to minimise the risk of gel time, peak temperature and viscosity variations. The mixing and dosing unit is designed to supply consistent resin mixtures with minimum labour.
The dual set-up of the resin mixing and dosing system enables supply of different resin recipes to the liner zone and to the structural zone.
