Engineering, construction and delivery of a Hydro tester for testing of composite pipes on leakage with an automatic test procedure. This machine can fill the pipe with water and pressurize it, up to 64 bar. The largest pipe that can be tested is 4 meters in diameter with a length of 6.5 meters. The hydro tester is calculated at a force of 1600 tons, meaning that a pipe of 4 meters in diameter can be extorted at a pressure of 12 bar. The unique test head design enables fast and efficient testing.
