Fully automated production line for multiple layer composite product
Designing, building and delivery of an operative automated production line for production of composite pipes.
The production line includes a combination of four winding machines for winding the composite pipes, manipulators for handling the mandrels, ovens for the curing of the product and various cutting, grinding and (laser) marking machines.
With a minimum of production personnel, the production line operate fully automatically, due to the functionality of a wireless touch-pad suitable for industrial applications.
