Redesign of the towing carriage in the depressurised towing tank

Engineering and building the towing carriage in the depressurized towing tank (240 x 18 x 8 m) which consists of a main frame spanning the full width of the tank. This carriage includes an atmospheric pressure cabin for special test equipment and personnel, a visitors platform (only to be used under atmospheric conditions) and a sub frame.
The carriage features have to be modified because it is now optimized for tests without waves. In the new situation, the towing carriage must enable facilities to perform tests without waves and with waves and a second towing carriage has to be build for performing of sound measurements and offshore experiments, called "quiet and offshore carriage".
