Engineering and construction of manipulators for handling of carton rolls.
Manipulator for placing carton rolls, whereby rolls hydraulically are moved forward by means of heavy arms. These arms are fitted with wheels to ensure that the side of the carton rolls will not be damaged.
The units are hydraulically operated, each with its own hydraulic aggregate. The movement of the arms are equipped with double acting cylinders and four legs with single-acting cylinders.
The unit is operated by a 2-hand push button operation and is equipped with an control cabinet with PLC
