Winder
The Autonational continuous winder forms the hart of the production line. This new generation winder is based on many years of experience in combination with revolutionary new developments.
The capacity of the winder is dependent on diameter and pressure class. The winder is capable of producing pipe in the diameter range of 300 to 3000 millimeters. The production speed is ranging from 5 to 50 meters pipe per hour.
The newly developed mandrel transportation system significantly increases the life of the mandrel band and reduces downtime.
Other major improvements over existing continuous winders are:
