Each machine or production line Autonational designs is unique and each product has its own challenges. The approach to reach a satisfying solution is the same for every challenge: a thorough analysis. This analysis forms the basis of a successful product development process. Our phased integral approach provides a structured, manageable and transparent route to successful product development. Autonational follows the following distinct phases when handling product development projects:


Analysis:	At the start of a product development project, the principles, criteria and specifications are thoroughly analysed.
Product development phase:	In this phase partial solutions and design proposals are developed. These concepts are clearly visualized. Together with our customer the concepts are evaluated and a final design is fixed. Answers on questions such as usability, design, functionality, assembly, production efficiency and cost are integrated into this design.
Detail engineering phase:	The final product design is made and ready for production based on complete technical detailed drawings. Again an extensive evaluation is performed.
Production Phase:	The developed product will be produced and assembled and tested. These activities are done in-house.
Machine documentation:	Our motto is: “No Job is Done untill the paperwork is finished”. Safety is paramount, hence Autonational always delivers complete and safe products. This means all Autonational developed products bear the CE markings and are provided with the necessary instructions and manuals. We value it a lot that you are well informed and able to work safely with your new production machine.
