HYDRO-TESTERS FOR LARGE PIPE PRODUCTS
Autonational Composites has developed hydro testers for composite pipes with an adjustable length up to 12 m and a maximum diameter of 4000 mm. These test machines have a clamping force of 1.800 tons. Autonational applies a unique seal system, in which the pipe to be tested is clamped by hermetically sealing the rings under pressure and closing the tube without damage or air inclusion. The machines are automated, meaning that the tube is enclosed, filled, tested and emptied automatic.
HYDRO-TESTERS FOR SMALL PIPE PRODUCTS
Autonational Composites has developed hydro-testers for smaller composite pipes (80 to 1000 mm). These are particularly suitable for testing glass fiber reinforced epoxy (GRE) pipes to a pressure of 65 bar. Autonational applies a unique seal system, in which the pipe to be tested is clamped by hermetically sealing the rings under pressure and closing the pipe without damaging or air inclusion. The machines are automated, meaning that the tube is enclosed, filled, tested and emptied automatically.
Hydro-testers for Couplings
This Autonational Composites hydro-tester for couplings is mainly used for the testing of couplings which are made of glass-fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) and have an internal groove for the seals. The test machine runs a test program automatically on the basis of pre-programmed test protocols. Couplings up to 4000 mm in diameter can be tested.
Electrical test units for high-specification filament wound parts
Autonational Composites designed modular electrical test units used for testing the electrical conductivity of high-specification carbon composite pipe parts. The test machine runs a test program automatically on the basis of pre-programmed test protocols. It can be easily integrated in an automated production line.
