Our service level agreements (SLA’s) help keep your production in operation and save you time and money in the care and maintenance of your equipment.

 

In consultation with you we can come to a balanced service program where you can choose what part you want in-house and what you want to outsource to us.

  • Training of your operators at our facilities in The Netherlands or on site.

  • Assistance to optimize operational parameters.
  • Stay current with (licensed) software updates.

Standard service programs & upgrades We offer you a variety of standard yearly service programs. For additional complex production environments, an additional service on site may also be agreed upon. Please contact us for your most adequate service program.


Service level agreements

In addition to our standard service program we can also agree on a transparently formulated Service Level Agreement (SLA). A SLA is often part of a wider (legally binding) service contract and can be used to define the level of a service which is prefered between you as our customer and Autonational. It is generally in expressed in a simple language so that it can be clearly understood by all stakeholders. The document may also include more technical terms for defining the service. The SLA may address several areas including the availability & performance of the service, how it will operate, priorities, responsibilities of involved parties, guarantees and warranties.
